Visit the popular Kuhviertel district (Cow district) of the city in the evening, and you'll see students enjoying the local beer at communal tables in the old pubs and restaurants. In addition to countless museums, concerts and plays, Munster also hosts both traditional and modern festivals throughout the year. The Send Fair is a particular favourite with our students, and its food stalls and rides occupy the square in front of Munster's beautiful castle in March, June and December.
