EC Cambridge was established in 1983 and is the most centrally located language school in the city. Courses are available for Adults (18+) throughout the year and Juniors (14-17) in the summer months. Exam Preparation Courses for ESOL Cambridge and IELTS are available in January, March and October.
The famous King's College Chapel and the main bus station are both just three minutes' walk away from the school. The Student Services Centre is just two minutes walk away from the school and houses the Accommodation and Customer Relations staff. There is also a resource centre for self-study with a library, a large internet room and a student lounge with wireless internet access. In addition, a cinema system, TV, DVD and video facilities are available and drinks and snacks can be purchased throughout the day. A wonderful school in a fantastic location, ideal to learn English.
Free activities are organised during the week whilst optional excursions are organised at the weekends. If you prefer exploring the city alone, EC staff are always at hand to offer advice about where to go and what to do.
There are wonderful accommodation options available for EC Cambridge students. You could choose to live with a family and experience the British way of life; this is a popular choice with most students. EC Cambridge also has residences in the city where you will live with students of different nationalities and have the chance to make new friends and practise the English that you would have learnt in class. EC staff can also recommend various hotels and guesthouses.

It is a compact, friendly city, making it easy to travel around on foot, by bus or by bicycle. Cambridge is a fantastic base from which to explore the UK; London is less than an hour away by train.
