Description:
Bolivian Spanish School is located on Kilometro 7 Street No. 250 in front of the Bolivar Park, 4 blocks away from the main plaza and 3 blocks away from the central market, placed that are vital in commercial and turistical movements in the city of Sucre.
The school has two locations, one of them is just for the Spanish lessons and the other one is for students who want to live and study at the same place. In this last location you will have a beautiful bedroom with all you need, there is shared bathroom, and a nice big kitchen where all the students who lives there share the meals and free time with teachers and friends.
The school house has swimming pool and nice gardens. Also we have some games for your free time.
Classroom material for each level of study includes audio-visual material, written exercises, activities and Latin American films and music.
Advanced student also study literature and Bolivian or South America history.
The students have 15 minutes break between classes where they can talk with other students and teachers and enjoy free snack in the school cafeteria.
Classes Structure:
The lessons could be one to one or group lesson (4 students per classrooms max.)
Regular Program: Classes are 4 hours long. Each class is divided into 2 hours of grammar and 2 hours of practice: conversation, listening, writing and any activity or situation in which the student needs to interact using Spanish.
Home And School Program: The program includes lodging (7 days a week) and one meal (a simple breakfast). In this program it's necessary to take 4 hours per day of Spanish lesson.
Intensive Program: Daily classes of 6 hours - 4 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. The classes will be 2 hours grammar and 2 hours practice, including conversation, writing, listening as well as activities outside the school. The last 2 hours (afternoon) will be designated to practice in different activities like reading, debates, discussions, analysis or a critic to a specific topic and of course everything about Bolivian Culture.

While you are in Sucre we want you to enjoy a living situation that best fits your personal needs and where you will feel comfortable. As such we are happy to arrange either a home stay with a Bolivian host family for you or to help you to select your own lodging at a local hostel/hotel.
The language skill and culture knowledge that you acquire will make your stay in Sucre more enjoyable and enrich your travel in South America.
Teachers accompany students in additional activities at the school and on short trips around Sucre, allowing you to experience the daily life, natural beauty and reality of our country.
There are also activities outside the school, to practice conversation and vocabulary. Student can have different activities having closer approach to the people and the city.
