During the 18th to 20th centuries, Vienna was known as the musical capital of the world and home to the musical geniuses of Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, and Brahms, just to name a few. Today it remains a city of strong musical heritage because of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna State Opera and the Music Conservatory. It has also been known for its cultural and outstanding educational institutions which is evident in its numerous museums and art galleries. Vienna is a relaxed and safe city.
School Facilities: The school is centrally located in the third district of Vienna, near the famous baroque palace, Belvedere, and within easy reach of public transportation. There is a computer room with 7 computers for student use. Email and internet access as well as a multimedia library with books and videos are available to students.

These fact sheets include information about entry requirements, climate, health and many other "Need-To-Know" things. If you still have questions, we'll be happy to answer them. We are neither a language school nor a travel agent we're a hybrid of the two, a language travel organization.
AmeriSpan has evaluated hundreds of schools, host families and destinations to determine which programs to offer. Our independence allows us to give you unbiased evaluations of the programs. We do not just list what is included, rather, we clearly state our opinions. Each program description contains a program review that describes what we like and what we don't like about the program.
