Study English and cultural immersion Brighton, UK
  England
  • Brighton:
  • Brighton

Dates: Various all year

Description: Brighton, long loved, it boasts to be the most popular and most often visited of southern England's seaside resorts. Situated 50 miles from London, it merged from obscurity as a fishing village after visits by George IV (then the Prince of Wales) that made Brighton as popular as it is today. Our school is housed in a beautiful recently renovated Victorian building located on the sea front, opposite the West beach. Established in 1978, the school building provides a high quality teaching environment with excellent facilities. It is ideally located for access to all the sights and attractions of the town: shopping streets, bars, the exotic Royal Pavilion, the promenade, the pier and the shopping areas. The school is situated 10 minutes on foot from the main train and bus stations. The nearest bus stop is about 3 minutes away on foot. The basic philosophy of the school is to create an educational but communicative environment so students are completely surrounded by the English language and British culture. The atmosphere allows you the opportunity to meet and speak to other international students and local British people. The school has a mix of different nationalities and cultures, however, the majority of our students are European (about 80% with the main nationalities being German, Spanish and Italian), 10% of our students come from the Far East and about 10% from South America. The school is adjacent to our hotel residence which has its own cafe bar, breakfast bistro, 24 hour reception, night-club, computer room and organized social events. The school is accredited by the British Council.
